About the business and the role

Mobiddiction is an award-winning team of Technologists, UX/UI designers, developers and strategists.. We create innovative mobile and digital solutions that move people, business and emotion.

Based in the heart of the city, what's missing from our team is a Digital Producer / Project Manager.

Your Audience. Mainly Government and Enterprise customers where most of our projects are delivering ongoing programs of work. We play in this space and have a strong portfolio of programs to support this. It's expected you'll be organised, be able to create a plan of attack as to how you'll approach the above but rest assured assistance will be provided as, when and where required.

Confident. We want someone that has a natural flair to work with clients, has all the relevant project management and delivery skills. Someone that can help nurture and develop existing client relationships have a deep emphasis of being articulately documented through out the process and delivering projects to deadline and keeping our team organised. You'll have confidence, but you'll have the track record to show you've earned that confidence.

Digital Skills. Opportunity exists to start owning client relationships, attend industry/networking events, and help with writing pitches and tender responses. The scope of opportunity to succeed is limited only by your drive and imagination.

• Someone who can articulate the value of what we do specific to their audience.
• A super organised producer/project manager who knows the tools of trade (yes, great advantage is you know JIRA, Asana etc).

What will really set you apart is your personality and proven digital producer, relationship and project management expertise. Of course the usual project management, verbal and listening skills are important, but your attitude and aptitude matter most. You will be an integral part of the team and given all the help and assistance required to deliver programs of work. 

Our expectations

You'll want to drive and own this role, and to do so you will collaborate in finalising our program development plans, improve on them, and drive them to completion. You'll understand and help set expectations both internally with the dev team as well as externally with the clients. You'll be detail oriented so you'll raise concerns or red flags before internal or external expectations become problems, and renegotiate  Some of your time will be spent investigating and qualifying project requirements. You'll have the smarts to know what's worth the effort and what's not and, when to ask others for help. You'll work with clients and our internal team to ensure we're delivering to set expectations. Your expertise and experience will ultimately be used to shape the process.
