Digital Marketing Manager

Kyocera Document Solutions is one of the world’s leading manufacturers of high quality laser printers, digital copiers and multi-function devices.
We have an exciting opportunity to join our marketing team as our Marketing Communications Manager. Reporting to the Head of Marketing & Strategy, you will have demonstrated experience in digital inbound marketing; management and reporting of marketing budgets; the ability to write engaging marketing and/or PR copy for a business audience and experience in delivering integrated marketing campaigns.
A key function of your new role is to develop and oversee the delivery of Kyocera’s integrated marketing strategies which will enable us to reach our key business objectives.
You will also work alongside your Manager to initiate tactics and integrated marketing campaigns including inbound, nurture and retention, digital advertising, direct marketing and sponsorships.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- developing the digital marketing strategy in support of the broader marketing plan;
- developing and managing all digital marketing campaigns from inception through to delivery and post-campaign review;
- developing and managing relationships with third party agencies (creative, digital);
- managing the company’s online presence, including the Website, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Google+ and YouTube;
- working with our Product Managers to create company and product literature to support the sales process;
- marketing systems and process development – Web, Marketing Automation, CRM;
- overall management of the Marketing Communications team.
In order to be successful in your new role, you will need a minimum of 4 years digital marketing and marcomms experience with formal qualifications in marketing and/or communications. You will also possess strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to multi task and problem solve.
