We're looking for a dynamic Social Media Director to join a leading full service agency.

Key responsibilities include:
- Leading social offerings for the agency (paid & organic),
- Be responsible for leading the social innovation side of the business and lead all client strategy across social.
- Lead & train an innovative team.
- Establish high performance benchmarks and improve all processes (Internally & externally).
- Work closely with other performance teams to ensure overall success for all clients.
Experience & skill set we're after:
- 5+ Years Agency experience across social media.
- Excellent team and client management skills.
- Integral for the candidate to be able to understand the role social plays in the larger digital marketing mix.
