Working within a friendly and dynamic shopping centre management team, this role will allow you to showcase your existing marketing and digtial skills.
 
The key responsibilities of the role include:

• Contribute to the marketing program planning process through the suggestion of innovative tactical campaign ideas to address key centre issues
  
• Aid in the analysis of marketing activity results and offer suggestions to inform future marketing activities
  
• Assist in the management of digital and social channels - gather content, post content, monitor online community discussions
  
• Add value to promotional campaigns through the sourcing of promotional partners/social marketing opportunities/ sponsors
  
• Enhance promotions with additional elements/PR ideas and capitalising on opportunities presented
  
• Assist with the execution of all marketing activities
  
• Manage Centre marketing accounts payable ensuring adherence to financial policies and procedures
  
• Assist in the development and maintenance of Centre retailer database ensuring the correct Store Manager/Marketing contact details always and details on integration of specific retailers into marketing activities
  

The successful candidate will have:

• Minimum two years' experience in a similar position
  
• Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Business or Public Relations
  
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
  
• Exceptional attention to detail
  
• Sound prioritisation and time management skills
  
• The ability to work well under pressure
  
• Proactive and self-motivated
