We are looking to recruit a Product and Training Manager to identify new product opportunities, offer improvement strategies for existing products, promote our technical leadership and add value to our customers’ businesses through education and training.

Reporting to the Group Marketing Manager and based at Erskine Park, this role will be responsible for:

  • Undertaking New Product viability research and present business cases to the New Products Committee
  • Gather reliable data to determine market response to new products using a variety of market research methods
  • Manage the ‘Idea Capture’ procedure for new products/services that are received from internal employees and external parties
  • Execute new product launches including management of technical resources, communications and training, as well as input into new product pricing
  • Continually review existing Rondo product portfolio, provide reports and offer improvement strategies to grow share of wallet
  • Project manage the creation of new technical design manuals and updates to existing Product tools and resources
  • Develop and roll out the Rondo Product Training Program across Australia and New Zealand including Rondo Learning Online and Rondo SKILLS face to face training (travel is required)
  • Support the marketing team with product and technical information that can be used to create blogs, whitepapers, technical resources, social media posts and website updates
  • Take an active role in all Rondo’s Towards Zero Safety Initiative

To succeed in this position you will have a minimum of 5 year’s experience within the building industry, and a good technical understanding of Rondo products. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to write clear and concise technical information and also speak confidently in front of a group of people.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, in particular Excel, Word and PowerPoint is essential, and experience managing key projects or a portfolio of products is also highly desirable.
