Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced permanent full time Internal Communications Specialist to join the Brand and Communications Group, based in Calliope.
The purpose of this position is to develop and execute strategic internal communication frameworks and change communication processes that support organisational understanding and cultural change across Council’s operations.
About you
- Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Change Management (or related discipline), or significant industry experience.
- Demonstrated experience developing and implementing communication frameworks and embedding communication plans.
- Demonstrated experience in communication channel development, e.g. digital.
- Demonstrated experience of change management principles, methodologies and tools.
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite and operating corporate business systems.
- Legally able to drive a motor vehicle in Queensland.
