Client Details

Our client is a leading fashion retailer, looking for a CRM Executive to join their team. This organisation relies on its customers and digital interactions to drive ROI and business objectives.

Description

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• End to end marketing automation activities including, but not limited to, email campaign responsive design, set-up, scheduling, testing and deployment of one-time, recurring, triggered and dynamic content-driven campaigns;

• SMS and in-app messaging;

• Troubleshoot technical issues related to HTML templates, list segmentation and other aspects of email execution, as required;

• Campaign performance testing, analysis and reporting;

• Monitor and evaluate campaigns to ensure effectiveness and continuous improvement.

Profile

To be selected for this opportunity you will have:

• Min 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role;

• Familiar with CRM platforms and Email marketing systems;

• Hands on experience setting up marketing automations and work flows;

• Knowledgeable in Email Marketing best practices;

• Have proven experience developing and delivering successful CRM campaigns;

• Established analytical ability with strong skills in reporting results;

• Stakeholder management skills.
