Spinal Cord Injuries Australia (SCIA) is a leading for-purpose organisation committed to ensuring ongoing empowerment and independence for people living with a spinal cord injury. We are passionate about continually improving our services and providing maximum opportunity for those whose lives are affected by spinal cord injury.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Communications Manager to join our Marketing, Development and Fundraising team.
Working closely with the GM Marketing, Development and Fundraising, you will be responsible for SCIA storytelling, including branding, marketing and fundraising campaigns; across all communication channels and digital platforms.
The primary focus of this role:
- to develop cohesive, planned, relevant and creative content.
To succeed in the role, you will have exceptional writing, marketing, digital and relationship skills and be adept at working collaboratively.
In addition, you will have demonstrated experience and success in the following areas:
- Strategic approach to developing content
- PR and writing across all media forms
- Website and social media management and analysis
- CRM database experience, ideally Salesforce
- Printed marketing collateral
- Marketing calendar management
- Project management
- Team player with strong relationship skills to manage internal and external stakeholders
- People management
