This is an exciting role that manages our relationships and budgets with external creative and media agencies, to ensure the delivery of world-class integrated experience plans across our range of brands.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Provide expert leadership and guidance to the brand teams and agency partners on all aspects of media effectiveness and media and production cost efficiency
  • Lead and drive a strong working relationships with a partner agencies; including annual portfolio level media strategies, implementation and execution of the plans, campaign measurement and reporting.
  • Provide thought leadership and coaching relevant to the development of world-class integrated experience plans to internal stakeholders Identify and develop innovation or test & learn opportunities with media partners to ensure Kellogg remains at the forefront of effectively connecting with consumers
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with the Kellogg regional and global media teams.
  • Lead 1 direct report accountable for in-house social media and community management
  • Drive the utilisation of real time data visualisation to optimise activity in-flight.

Skills, experience & attributes sought:

  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business or similar
  • Previous experience working in agency or in a similar role client side, with a proven track record of success across both traditional and digital media channels
  • Strong ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal & external stakeholders, including influencing & negotiation abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous experience in managing budgets
