Position Summary:

IncentiaPay (INP) earns revenues on transactions through these platforms via its subsidiaries Bartercard, EntertainmentTM and Gruden Group.

Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, you will lead the delivery, execution and optimisation of the marketing strategy for each of the IncentiaPay Group (INP) brands; Entertainment, Bartercard, MobileDEN and Gruden to achieve revenue and EBITDA targets. Play an active role as a senior member of the INP Marketing Shared Services Department to drive the INP Group business strategies to deliver financial, brand objectives and market share leadership.

 

Duties and Responsibilities

Deliver INP Group brands Marketing Strategy

  • Develop and execute the marketing strategy for the next 12+ month horizon specific for each brand within INP Group in conjunction with Marketing leads
  • Lead and develop integrated marketing campaign initiatives for INP brands across channels, on time, on budget and aligned to the overall communications strategy. Collaborate with channel experts to ensure the creative strategy & idea are aligned during implementation
  • Ensure the translation of the strategy into tactical plans that optimise market share and revenue growth
  • Align sales and marketing objectives to create new revenue generation and growth opportunities for INP Group
  • Design and lead the communications frameworks across all touch points to ensure consistent customer centric experience and integration into all marketing initiatives
  • Cross enterprise stakeholder management including creative development, customer data, digital and product development
  • Manage INP Group Marketing Planning/Budgeting
  • Lead, motivate and support the ANZ Marketing teams to deliver a marketing strategy which is aligned to the overall strategic direction of INP Group
  • Drive Cohesive Brand Synergy across Marketing channels
  • Deliver Customer Centric Data Driven Marketing Initiatives
  • Utilise insights to drive world class data driven marketing
  • Deliver on Required Marketing Information and Reporting through continuous tracking and analysis of marketing campaign results, brand health metrics and competitive activity

 

Specifications:

  • Experience working in a complex multi-brand environment (B2B & B2C)
  • 5-8 years experience  implementing brand strategy at a senior level within entertainment, tourism and leisure Travel, Retail or Incentives/Rewards and/or Membership based industries
  • Brand Marketing expertise, having managed and led brand strategies and plans
  • A demonstrated ability to think strategically whilst maintaining a tactical approach
  • Extensive experience in managing and evaluating research and developing actionable insight and outcomes
  • Well-developed commercial acumen and proven ability to develop accurate business cases and activity plans that met or exceeds revenue/cost hurdles.
  • Experience in digital advertising principles, including programmatic media buying, targeted/paid social media advertising, paid search and SEO.
  • Experience in delivering data driven marketing campaign and CRM
  • Strong proven people management experience in a Marketing environment
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong IT skills relating predominantly to MS packages
  • Experience with following software; Hubspot and Campaign Monitor
  • Previous budgeting and business planning experience
  • Highly developed stakeholder management skills
  • Tertiary marketing related qualification
