Ausdrill Limited is an ASX listed company with international operations serving the mining, civil construction, manufacturing and procurement / logistics industries.
A newly developed and exciting opportunity has now become available for an innovative and pro-active Marketing Coordinator to become a part of a leading and progressive Mining Services Company.
The role will see the ideal candidate develop advanced marketing strategies to support and develop the Company's brand across both traditional and digital media channels.
As the Marketing Coordinator your primary responsibilities will include:
- Managing and promoting the Company's brand and image- both internally and externally
- Developing, improving, maintaining and monitoring the Company's digital footprint utilising a variety of platforms
- Promotion of the Company's sponsorships and major customer events including exhibitions, conferences and trade shows
- Overseeing the creation, purchasing and distribution of promotional merchandise for the Group
- The development and management of marketing and advertising budgets
- Creation of Company branding guideline documents
- Comprehensive and regular analytics across all channels to measure and optimise campaigns
About you:
- Business degree in Marketing, Advertising or Media
- A Marketing or Digital Media background
- 2-5 years experience in Industrial or B2B marketing and advertising
- CRM and website development experience will be highly regarded
- 2-5 years experience in heavy mobile equipment industry or mining related sectors is advantageous
- Have a solid knowledge of website analytic tools
- High level of skill using graphic design software
- Working knowledge and understanding of digital requirements and applications across web, mobile and social media
- Strong organisation and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders to develop their visions
- Ability to work with multiple projects, autonomously at times, within tight deadlines
