Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a driven, self-motivated and passionate Brand Manager to be a key member of one of our categories, based in Southbank. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this role will see you take lead on exciting opportunities to improve brand performance and utilizing consumer and category insights to deliver against unmet needs & growth opportunities.

 

You will be responsible for:

  • Manage current portfolio and key innovation projects end to end. This will involve a high level of stakeholder and project management, preparation of business plans, communication between departments to deliver on time and on budget.
  • Develop & execute communication campaigns, both ATL and BTL working with creative, media and shopper agencies within the context of brand objectives
  • Manage monthly A&P spend and reporting to a high level of accuracy
  • Assist in strategy development including one/three year plans, annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting.
  • Be the key communication link between internal functions: R&D, Packaging, Sales, Category development, Revenue Management, Operations for key projects and brand initiatives
  • Contribute to the commercial portfolio management to achieve the budgeted performance, profitability and portfolio objectives within company policies and principles.

     

To be successful in this role you must:

  • Be results driven
  • Have strong project management experience
  • Be an excellent communicator/influencer
  • Have strong planning and organisational abilities
  • Have minimum 18 months experience in Marketing

 

To be considered for this role you will be a proven brand marketer with a background in FMCG, ideally but not necessarily in Foods. You need to be passionate about consumers, have a tremendous love for food, and be strong both on the creative and commercial side of marketing. Your ability to drive brand performance, work cross functionally and provide leadership within category teams will see you excel in this position. You will be commercially minded, exhibit analytical skills but also be creative.
