We are a well-established CRICOS registered training organisation in Melbourne CBD, delivering quality education to international students since past 10 years. We are looking for dynamic, motivated and self-driven individuals to join our Marketing team to explore opportunities in the Thai, Chinese, Korean, Japanese and Malaysian student market.
This position will directly report to the Marketing Manager and will engage actively in developing and exploring new markets for international students.
Job role
Business Development
• Identify and develop new markets.
• Identify and engage new agents.
• Meet quarterly sales targets.
• Develop and implement international marketing programmes.
• Create revenue streams to optimize approved capacity.
• Utilise new and existing networks to promote the RTO.
• Cold calling business leads, potential clients and managing new leads.
Management
• Conduct agent reviews once a year.
• Develop new innovative strategies to communicate with agents.
• Evaluate and report return on investment to marketing activities.
• Maintain a weekly and monthly student enrolments reports.
• Provide inputs to accounts department to process agent invoices.
• Establish relationships with existing stakeholders.
• Assist in developing sales budget.
Essential selection criteria
• Knowledge of ESOS framework and NVR Standards.
• Proven ability in a Sales and Business Development role in VET.
• At least 2 years experience in similar role in an RTO.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Intermediate to advanced computer skills in Microsoft applications.
• High level of communication and interpersonal skills.
• Superior negotiation skills.
• Demonstrable professional and business acumen.
• Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent presentation skills.
