Global Footcare is an Australian privately-owned global manufacturer and wholesaler of global footwear brands. We are currently operating in Australia, New Zealand, Singapore and the United States, with plans for expansion into Europe.
The brands that we sell include:
- Vionic;
- Revere;
- Anodyne; and
- Orthaheel.

This is an exciting opportunity in our eCommerce team and is a new role. This role will act as a stepping stone in your eCommerce career with Global Footcare and add support across the various digital customer touch points. As our Social/Media/eCommerce Assistant, your areas of focus will be the coordination and publishing of social media content, and enhancing our customer experience.
Your day to day will be:
- Working within the ERP program (Netsuite), CMS software (Magento), email program (Bronto), Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest and related programs
- Working closely with our Marketing Team and Graphic designer to ensure consistency across our branding and print publications
- Organising lifestyle photography for use online
- Publishing social media posts and writing appropriate content to align to our brand messages
- Maintaining social media calendar as directed by the eCommerce manager
- Assisting where needed with newsletters/EDMs
- Monitor third party integration dashboard
- Reviewing eCommerce orders and fulfillments
- Answering customer queries both direct and through our social media platforms
What we need from you:
To be successful you will have relevant tertiary qualifications, and/or experience working in a similar role in eCommerce, or show enthusiasm for this type of role. Demonstrated project coordination experience, ability to work to strict deadlines, strong verbal and written communication skills, and a keen eye for detail is essential. Bringing with you experience with social media platforms as well as photography and digital copywriting experience would be highly advantageous.
