We are seeking a talented, inspirational leader to help shape the future success of our marketing team. In this strategic leadership position you will have the opportunity to optimise both patient and business outcomes.
You will be responsible for developing the marketing strategy for a portfolio of products, in doing so you will work closely with one other Associate Marketing Director, an Associate Sales Director and two Associate Medical Directors to align strategy for all products within the portfolio. You will determine the lifecycle stage and resourcing transitions as part of the internal portfolio leadership team and work closely with all other stakeholders. You will be responsible for ensuring that the activities of all Brand Managers within the portfolio are targeted and robust brand strategies.

You will be an exceptional marketer that has been accountable for an entire portfolio including the allocation of resources ( both people and budget) with a focus on maximising the performance of the portfolio overall. You will thrive on change and the ability to see challenge as opportunity.
You are nimble and able to work with changing assumptions and the need to redress strategy or tactic. You can operate well with ambiguity and be comfortable to make decision with limited information.
Qualifications and Experience
You will have undergraduate degree in marketing, business/commerce, or life sciences and have significant commercial marketing experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, consumer goods or related industry.
