About the client
My client is one of Australia's largest financial service organisations and are a trusted adviser in their industry with their head office based in Melbourne. They are extremely well known and a reputable brand to work for.
The role
The NPS & Strategy Manager will be responsible for driving and supporting the core team by providing key NPS insights that will improve customer experience.
Key responsibilities:
- Design and develop the NPS measurement framework and survey design
- Identify key Customer pain points that will drive significant improvements to customer experience providing data-drive recommendations to stakeholders
- Lead the program to set strategic targets and priorities with a customer focused eye
- Identify trends within the NPS program and provide actionable insights to key stakeholders
- Measure and monitor the NPS providing key insights using customer feedback
- Build awareness and educate across the overall business
- Translate analytical outcomes to consumable formats
- Develop long-term views to customer insights
You will have:
- Experience in executing Strategy development and strategic orientation
- Experience in Customer Experience/NPS programs is a bonus (Not a must)
- Experience providing strategic and actionable insights that drive customer solutions
- Strong analytical capabilities
- Strong influencing skills to various levels, must be confident
- Experience measuring NPS and understanding trends within the customer
- Ability to engage and develop collaborative relationships with key stakeholders
- Ability to develop strategic plans based on an understanding of various stakeholders/client goals
- Passionate about customer experience
- Excellent presentation, interpersonal and communication skills to deliver insights to key business stakeholders
