Jands Pty Ltd, one of Australia's leading manufacturers and distributors of professional audio, lighting and staging products, is seeking a vibrant, creative and professional to drive Jands' digital and direct marketing.
Reporting to the Market Manager, the Digital Marketing Specialist, will be responsible for creating, analysing, measuring and optimising digital marketing programs that realise the market goals of the organisation.
The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for:
- Managing all web, email, mobile, video and social channels
- Driving growth and continuous improvements across all web, email, mobile, video and social channels
- Developing cost-efficient integrated lead generation campaigns for the Company, including local message development and creating the marketing assets for online and social media.
- Driving lead generation campaign execution and monitor the lead journey to facilitate an optimised Sales enablement.
- Managing online and offline SEO, PPC, CRO efforts by optimizing all content, overseeing reporting and conducting regular SEO audits
- Coordinating the production of digital content to support sales programs, promotions and the social media strategy
The successful applicant will possess:
- tertiary qualifications in Marketing/Communications or similar;
- 3+ years experience in a marketing role;
- 2+ years digital experience;
- proven ability to deliver cutting edge digital campaigns;
- in depth understanding of digital communication solutions and strategies.
- strong strategic skills to enable contribution to brand strategy but operational understanding to produce high quality work;
- superior written and verbal communication skills;
- excellent time management skills and ability to work to strict deadlines; and,
- a hands on approach and be results driven.
