An exciting opportunity exists for a passionate and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join the BWS Marketing team, based between our Surry Hills (primary) and Norwest Offices.

You will work with the Digital Marketing Manager to develop, execute and optimise marketing and campaign related activities across digital channels. You’ll be accountable for activating campaigns on time and on brief, optimising activity with agency partners and driving digital KPIs both online and offline.

Typical duties include:

• Working closely with Campaign and Category teams to support and drive the key initiatives with Digital Marketing strategies

• Executing campaigns across digital channels including SEM, Social, Programmatic Display, Remarketing and Affiliates

• Working efficiently with agencies, partners and internal colleagues to optimise end-to-end execution processes to ensure timely go-to-market capability

• Briefing and feeding back to creative teams across all channels

• Aligning BAU digital activities with brand marketing strategy and identifying opportunities for commercialising activity with suppliers

• Responding to briefs from Category teams, recommend digital approaches to ad hoc activations based on best practice and previous learnings, ensuring that all campaigns drive BWS and supplier objectives

• Providing thorough reporting and analysis on digital marketing results at a campaign level.

About You

To hit the ground running in this role you'll have experience working in high volume, fast paced environments with the ability to achieve key outcomes under pressure.

As a new digital business with newly established processes, the ideal candidate would have the initiative to continuously identify improvements in order to optimise marketing and production processes.

We're looking for our next superstar with the following skills/experience:

• Experience and deep understanding of digital marketing channels, including Paid Search, SEO, Programmatic Display, Social Media and Affiliate/Partner Marketing

• Strong knowledge of reporting and analytical tools such as Adobe Analytics, Google AdWords, Doubleclick Campaign Manager, Facebook Ad Manager, Hootsuite

• Experience in working in complex, multi-stakeholder environments

• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and educate colleagues on digital marketing principles and best practice.
