The Role
Due to growth, our Brand and Member Engagement team have a new opportunity for a passionate Segment Marketing Specialist to join their experienced, motivated and collaborative team. This varied position will see you developing and delivering the annual marketing plan for financial planning and advice, driving the end to end execution of marketing and communication campaigns, as well as the coordination of distribution channels.
Supporting the Senior Manager, you will be the financial planning and advice champion, making positive impact on campaign and member outcomes.
This is a permanent full time opportunity.

Skills, Experience and Qualifications
  • Experience in traditional and digital marketing, within the Financial Services Industry (particularly financial advice or other professional services)
  • Experience in developing and delivering end to end multi-channel marketing campaigns based on sound strategy essential
  • The ability to develop and implement recommendations based on insight;
  • Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills, including the ability to negotiate, build and maintain positive stakeholder relationships and facilitate effective communication with all levels of the business;
  • Knowledge of superannuation requirements and relevant distribution methodologies would be an advantage but is not mandatory;
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications (i.e. commerce, marketing or related field) and/or relevant work experience
  • Ability to plan own work and be self-motivating, and actively contribute to wider cross functional team activities.
