The Role

We are now seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join the McCullough Robertson team. Reporting to the BD Director, your general duties will include but are not limited to the following:

  • Providing administrative and coordination support for the business development and marketing team;
  • Managing email campaigns, digital, website and social media content; 
  • Designing and editing corporate collateral;
  • Supporting high quality tender and submissions processes;
  • Providing event and conference coordination;
  • Managing industry research and reporting;
  • Being a brand champion to ensure consistency in collateral and managing all corporate imagery;
  • Operate the firm wide CRM system and being a firm wide champion to increase user competency; and
  • Drafting internal communications and client stories.

Experience

You will have a minimum of two years’ experience in a similar role or at least five years administration experience. Along with a general understanding of the operation of a marketing team you will also have the following skillset:

  • Experience with digital and social media content;
  • Strong attention to detail;
  • Advance editing and writing skills;
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office;
  • Sound verbal and written communication skills;
  • Ability to organise and prioritise workflow;
  • Maturity to deal with sensitive and confidential information; and
  • A tertiary qualification in marketing, business or another relevant disciple will be highly regarded.
