Job Description

Do you love finding the story in data and then telling the story to generate better business decision making?
At GLOW we are looking for a methodical Market Researcher to write reports (from data), design surveys and provide customer insights. The successful market researcher will be able to autonomously analyse quantitative data direct from the GLOW platform.

Responsibilities

• Ability to generate original written content from data
• Coordinate market research including planning, development, analysis and particularly report writing
• Understand business objectives and design surveys to discover customer preferences
• Analysing published data and statistics
• Be informed on market research trends and sector best practice
• Actively seek ways to improve GLOW's research capability
• Provide meaningful, accurate and timely insights to inform better business decisions

Requirements

• Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field
• Well-developed written & verbal communications skills and experience understanding business problems
• Wide, practical knowledge of quantitative research methodologies and the ability to apply these
• The ability to extract ‘the story’ and meaningful insights from raw data
• Experience with concept testing and/or new product research desirable
• Sound knowledge of research design, data management, analysis, and reporting
• Knowledge of survey design tools
