About the Company

About the Role
To be successful in this role you will need to:
- Have experience as a Customer Relations Coordinator or as a Relationship Manager
- Experience working with detailed information such as statistics, contracts and conducting and analysing survey data
- Be confident and have previous experience working with stakeholders to resolve business and customer issues
- Be open to a changing business environment and improving business processes
- Project management skills are highly regarded but not essential
About You
You will be a well-presented and open-minded individual who’s creative outlook towards their work and working environment will be highly regarded within this role. You will possess outstanding written and verbal communication skills which will shine through in the presentation of your work.
