The Senior Brand Manager is responsible for the planning, development, control and implementation of brand objectives, strategies and plans to achieve profitable growth for their designated brand portfolio as an integral component of the overall business.
The role:
-Plan, develop, coordinate and implement brand plans across the designated portfolio within the global business framework and strategic plan.
- Proactive evaluation, management and implementation of new product development and innovation programs for the brand portfolio within the global and local framework and strategic plan.
- Plan the investment level and developing briefs and material in conjunction with key stakeholders, especially agencies, for advertising, media, Press Release, packaging and promotional activities with approval of Marketing Manager.
-Monitor, review and analyse key market and sales data for trends, competitive activties, market opportunities and threats.
-Lead, develop and support the Assistant Brand Manager in day to day activities, management of the portfolio and in career developments.
The ideal profile:
- Marketing degree
- Minimum 5 years marketing experience in FMCG, Beauty industry preferred
- Exposure in managing multiple projects
