Excellent opportunity to combine your Events and Communications experience - 12 month contract
Your new company
This Federal Government Department is located in the city and is seeking an experienced Event Manager to assist with a range of Events and Communications activities.
Your new role
This role will involve the organisation of conferences and fairs as well as the development of Communications materials and stakeholder engagement activities.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have strong experience in external communications and event planning and be a strong writer able to create content for various online platforms. A tertiary qualification in a relevant field and previous Public Sector experience is highly desirable. This role does not require an active Security Clearance.
What you'll get in return
If successful, you will secure a 12 month contract which will see you through to the end of the 2019 Financial Year. You will have the opportunity to work on interesting events and broaden your Communications Experience.
