About the Company
This company is leading household name within Financial Services who offers first class products nationally. They have an excellent opportunity for a bright and articulate Marketing Manager to join the Consumer CRM Marketing team focusing on Home ownership remediation.
About the role
Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager you will be responsible for liaise with key stakeholders to diagnose compliance issues. You will implement and deliver direct marketing communications for remediation activity.
Key to the role:
- Ensure communications are on brand, on message aligned to the overall business objectives
- Brief and manage key stakeholders relationships to increase successful execution of campaigns
- Managing agency relationships; ensuring creative briefs are communicated clearly and met creatively
- Report on and analyse key campaign metrics and usage for the brand
About the candidate
- Tertiary degree in marketing
- A minimum 3 years' experience in delivering Direct Marketing campaigns.
- Exposure to banking and finance environment would be ideal.
- An ability to drive and influence project teams to deliver the best outcome for the customer and the bank
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Not essential but preference is a marketer with a remediation background
Your success will come down to your ability to manage multiple projects, someone who will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, who can manage relationship with both internal and external with key stakeholders.
