The Company
Working with our specialist asset manager, you will be valued as a member of a unique and high achieving team. Offering private equity, asset management and fund options to an Australian based Chinese fund and investor's network. This bespoke opportunity for a Marketing specialist. You will have a hands on approach for driving Brand, Acquisition and Retention through the development, implementation and execution of a strategic go to market plan.
The Role
Working across an extremely generalist marketing capacity, this role will focus on supporting the business partners, working across multi-channel campaigns to communicate and market the businesses brand, develop the marketing channels and drive sales. As well as having an extremely hands on and strategic input, you will have the flexibility to make changes, add value and really initiate success from a marketing function.
Activity includes, but is not limited to:
- Events management, Conference and business events to promote products to consumers.
- Digital management of website, social media and other platforms
- Manage day to day, business processes, reporting and data analysis
- Managing graphic design
- Creating flyers, brochures and banners
- Arranging adverts and editorials
- Key stakeholder management
- Implementing campaigns across digital, direct and other mediums where you feel would benefit most on ROI
- Working in line with budget, thinking innovatively of new ways to market business
- Proactively improving internal systems
The Person
You will have proven Marketing experience within a professional services environment. Working within a fast paced and dynamic team will come naturally to you. Whilst working in a collaborative and engaging culture you will also have to be adapt to deal with challenging and extremely busy times working to tight deadlines. Being a self-starter and driven Marketing Manager is essential, whilst wanting to work within small yet very successful business, where you can add value, implement change but not be afraid of getting your hands dirty.
