We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced product manager to join our dispensing team. In this role you will be responsible for interaction with KOL’s, market shaping & strategy daily. The role requires the skills of a self-starter who has the capability to work autonomously, seeking less than daily guidance from their Manager. This role can be based out of Melbourne or Sydney and we welcome all applicants from these areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Undertake market and data analysis and reporting
• Develop & implement marketing strategy
• Undertake market shaping activities
• Communicate effectively to all internal and external stakeholders, including end users and KOL’s
• Develop and manage marketing collateral
• Take ownership of developing & delivering workshops & forums for KOL’s
• Drive maximum market share, sales and profit growth
• Work across a wider cross functional team, offering support where needed
• Support the marketing manage in any new projects or key initiatives
• Align all activities within the BD way of marketing

Our ideal candidate has the following:

• Previous experience in a Product Manager position within the Healthcare industry essential
• Previous experience within the medical device industry working with Capital Equipment or Hospital Pharmacy customers strongly preferred
• Previous sales experience and  commercial acumen
• Change agility and ability to work with speed and urgency
• Effective communication skills and ability to build relationships with various internal and external stakeholders
• Flexibility to undertake interstate and international travel when required
• Analytical ability and problem solving skills
• Autonomous and self-driven personality and ability to work with minimal direction and supervision

Our preferred candidate has worked with capital equipment previously, understands the hospital pharmacy environment and comes across as highly engaging with energy and enthusiasm. You will be expected to take full ownership & accountability for your role and work with transparency.
