Our client is a National Project Management consultancy that have built a reputation for quality delivery across a variety of industry sectors. Their portfolio boasts a number of blue chip clients within Victoria, that build iconic projects. Following an increase in projects won, they are looking to grow their team with an energetic & passionate Marketing & Communications Coordinator. 

Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this role will help shape the future successes of the company and offer career progression & development. 

Key Responsibilities 
  • Coordinate & develop all written & graphic content for tender submissions, capability statements etc.
  • Develop & maintain general marketing material including video content (interviews, case studies, testimonials & brand videos), promotional flyers, staff CV's & photo reference library.
  • Content creation for internal comms & external (eDM & website).
  • Ownership of social media platforms & media publications.
  • Managing the print production process with external suppliers to ensure cost effectiveness & timeliness.
  • Being a general all-rounder, including establishing & maintaining project & client databases.
Key Experience
  • 3+ years relevant experience  essential
  • Strong writing, content production, proofreading & editing experience & the ability to adjust writing styles across a vast range
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
  • Proficient with Adobe InDesign, Illustrator & Photoshop essential
  • Marketing degree highly favourable
