About the Role

The Assistant Product Manager plays a key role with responsibility for supporting the production and management of our suite of remuneration and benefits insights products.

Working closely with the Client Engagement Managers (CEMs), you will be required to support relationships with clients across the portfolio, ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction is achieved through prompt and accurate responses to client queries.

 

Responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Support the Client Engagement Managers (CEMs) to ensurethrough regular contact with a broad range of clients via face to face meetings, telephone conversations and , emails
  • Maintain client satisfaction by ensuring effective onboarding, orientation and timely query resolution
  • Track client contact and ensure clients are contacted regularly to support client retention
  • Work with the CEM to support the provision of timely and accurate product and services information to existing and prospective clients
  • Support the CEM and Marketing Manager in the development of product specific marketing materials
  • Work closely with the Analytical Services Team to understand trends and developments highlighted in each publication and develop strong, deep knowledge of products
  • Participate in the peer review process across all Market Insights content to ensure accuracy and relevance
  • Work closely with the survey operations team to ensure that surveys products are produced on time with accurate and relevant content
  • Work with the Customer Service team to eEnsure client distribution and contact lists are current, accurate and regularly maintained

 

To be successful in this role you will have the ability to communicate professionally and efficiently with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.  


Additionally, you will have:

  • A strong focus on client engagement and service delivery
  • The ability to talk confidently to clients at all levels in person, via email and over the phone
  • Ability to interpret complex data into easy to understand language
  • An understanding of how survey trends are likely to impact on end users
  • Experience working within a human resources, remuneration or reward environment will be well regarded
  • Strong time management skills and attention to detail
