Job Description:
- Liase with platform vendors on a technical level to ensure the smooth operation of several websites.
- Support the Media Department in troubleshooting website, integration, gateway and payment issues.
- Evaluate selling platforms/integrations, and make recommendations to management.
- Update existing eCommerce systems.
Skills:
- Over 2 years experience with retail websites and CMS.
- Basic knowledge of HTML.
- Familiarity with eBay and/or Amazon as a vendor.
- Strong knowledge of the MS Office suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with Pronto helpful, but not require
This position is an immediate start.
