The Company:
This well reputed mid-large consultancy provides engineering solutions for various projects including commercial, healthcare, education and residential buildings.  Based in a central location and close to train and tram links.  They are in need of a driven Marketing Manager to take their business to the next level and provide strategic as well as operational support to each state office.

The role:
Working closely with the Directors and leadership group, you will be responsible for the execution of marketing strategies to enable the delivery of company objectives, whilst supporting a positive corporate image and brand awareness.

Currently this position does not have any direct reports, but may do so in the future as the role continues to grow.  However this person will be expected to mentor interstate marketing support staff.

You will be self driven and provide well thought-out ideas, developing the marketing plans for the year ahead in conjunction with the Business Development Director. 

Responsibilities will include:

• Manage and coordinate all internal and external communication 
• Manage, implement and update new business tools eg capability statements
• Monitor bid success and analyse results
• Event management of various sizes, ensure consistency of presentation and messaging
• Implementing digital strategies and coordinating content and use of social media platforms
• Build on digital presence and social media platforms
• Create content for variety of areas
• Effectively manage CRM

Skills and experience:

• Degree in Business (Marketing) or related
• Understanding of Professional Services sector
• Experience in management of marketing resources - internal and external
• MS Office and Adobe Indesign proficiency
• Ability to multi-task and handle pressure
• Strong time management skills and flexibility 
• Able to develop strong working relationships across all levels
