Our client has been established for over 40 years and in that time have become one of the most recognisable names in construction. They pride themselves on having a balanced culture that looks after their employees and promotes professional development and internal promotion. 

They are currently looking to appoint a Submissions Coordinator to work within their Business Development Team. You will report through to the Submissions Manager where you will support a national submissions team.  

Ideally you will have experience working in the civil engineering, construction and mining industries in a very similar role and have strong attention to detail and be an advanced user of Microsoft Word and ideally had exposure to Adobe Acrobat Writer and InDesign.  

You will have the following responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the overall production of tenders
  • Compile all documentation, proof and prepare submissions for approval
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key internal stakeholders across the business
  • Receive tender notifications and distribute to relevant internal stakeholders
  • Write, update and maintain the tender library templates
  • Continually write and improve proposal materials such as capability statements, CV’s and projects experience
  • Bring new and innovative ideas to the team
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate with external customers 

To be successful within this position you will need to have the following skill set:
  • An advanced user of Microsoft Word and ideally had exposure to Adobe Acrobat Writer and InDesign 
  • An ability to coordinate and guarantee correct bid procedures
  • A high level of written and spoken communication
  • Experience working for in the civil engineering, construction and mining industries in a similar role
