We are a large national retailer with 640+ stores and 4 eCommerce sites consisting of 4 successful women’s apparel brands which include Rockmans, beme, W.Lane and Noni B. Specifically your role will include:

  • Customer segmentation and campaign data extracts for all marketing campaigns
  • Analysing the results of all marketing initiatives
  • Providing daily, weekly and monthly customer insights through analysis and data mining
  • Maintain data hygiene and integrity in the CRM database
  • Working with CRM, marketing and ecommerce teams to drive future strategies

Are you THE ONE? That we are looking for:

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and communicate results
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Works to deadlines in a fast paced environment
  • Confidence to make recommendations based on your analysis
  • Tertiary qualification in relevant field desirable, not mandatory
  • Prior experience with CRM systems and BI tools desired
