Our client is the leading wholesaler in Australia of air flow and lighting products. They have a large focus on employee development and satisfaction, working in a friendly and relaxed family environment, even including having a dog in the office.
Description
Key responsibilities for the role include:
- Developing and implementing advertising and promotional programs
- Drafting, editing and finalising marketing collateral (brochures, catalogues, POS material)
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders
- Liaising with and providing sales team and customers with various product collateral
- Managing the day to day running of the Marketing team including overseeing production schedule and all its elements
- Managing the content and functionality of websites and retailer portal
- Assisting in the maintenance of digital platforms (website, social media, EDM)
- Implement innovative campaigns across all Marketing platforms and various trade channels
- Various administration, marketing, communications and PR and sales support as required
- Maintaining the integrity of company branding.
Profile
The successful candidate will be an autonomous and team-oriented thinker who enjoys challenging the status quo.
Essential Criteria:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent with 3-4 years’ experience in a marketing role
- Strong process and numerical capabilities with an analytical approach to marketing
- Excellent organisation skills
- An ability to take the lead and drive projects
- Creative flare with a diagnostic eye and ability to problem solve
- Strong command of the English language
- High-level Microsoft Office proficiency.
Desirable:
- A strong digital background with understanding of Google Analytics, SEO & SEM
- Adobe Creative Suite experience in Graphic Design.
