The Role: Marketing Assistant
Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will support initiatives and activities established by the Company on projects directed at maximising company profits and developing sales strategies or marketing campaigns.

The Responsibilities
- Provide support to the operations team through a variety of marketing activities.
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders in the establishment of relevant marketing materials
- Coordinating marketing activities with franchisors/brands
- Work closely with Operations team to ensure consistent and up to date marketing collateral (menus, ticketing and signage) are established as requested by the Senior Leadership Team.
- Brief APAC designers on marketing material for local store marketing activities
- Maintain on going working relationships with brand owners and Landlord marketing teams
- Work closely operations team to implement Point of Sale system changes
Requirements:
- Previous experience within a similar role of preferably 1+years
- Experience in working in the hospitality industry on an operational level (we are looking for passionate hospo people!)
- Demonstrated ability to build strong and effective working relationships from internal and external customers.
- Excellent organisation skills, time management and a high level of attention to detail.
- High level of literacy, numeracy and computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Basic knowledge of the Adobe creative suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) (Desired)
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in a Marketing related discipline (Desired)
