Rich River Golf Club is an iconic sporting club on the Murray River. Situated in Moama NSW just across the border from Echuca, the Club boasts two championship golf courses amongst its sporting facilities, a 64 room motel and a newly renovated and impressive Club facility with extensive food and beverage operations, a function centre and a large gaming room.
Rich River is seeking an experienced and passionate professional in the role of Marketing and Sales Manager to lead and be accountable for executing the Marketing strategy to support business objectives.
This full-time position is responsible for targeted marketing activity that delivers tangible results and will work closely with supporting staff and managers in a fast paced environment.
Key responsibilities:
Lead, develop and implement the annual marketing plan for Rich River Golf Club – developing campaigns and promotions that increase venue revenues, patronage, golf and accommodation bookings, dining and function bookings, gaming revenues, memberships and bar sales.
Manage and enhance the Rich River Golf Club brand.
Liaise with creative, digital and media buying agencies during the development and execution of marketing campaigns to ensure objectives are met and opportunities maximised.
Develop and implement regular monitoring and post event evaluation plans for all major marketing activities.
Manage sponsor relationships and drive sponsorship opportunities and revenues.
