Reporting to the Group Product Manager, we are seeking a motivated and energetic individual to support our product flow processes and ensure customer orders are fulfilled. This position will interact regularly across functions within our Asia Pacific operations.

You will be responsible for:

  • Coordination of Product development & roll out
  • Develop project tasks and identify milestones, monitor progress against these
  • Receive and process all inventory orders pertaining to your assigned programs
  • Monitor and track inventory supply and movements (stock control)
  • Provide order status & shipping ready reports to all stakeholders
  • Manage any customer feedback in regards to quality of stock
  • Review supplier invoices to estimates prior to payment by Finance team
  • Prepare and analyse sales estimates for new and existing product lines

To be considered for this exceptional and varied opportunity, it is essential you can demonstrate the ability to:

  • Work within systems, priorities and deadlines
  • Present and receive information verbally and in writing
  • Assess situations and information and draw conclusions

You will also need to demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and a high attention to detail. Experience with ERP systems, knowledge of NetSuite and/or Sage an advantage. Excellent Microsoft office skills, in particular Excel is essential.
