Role Summary
This role is responsible to drive brand awareness through digital, accelerate customer acquisitions, drive revenue and create value for strategic suppliers while also maximizing the return on digital investment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop an yearly/quarterly digital commercial plan including digital advertising, lifecycle marketing, media plans, social advertising, customer engagement and online PR
- Manage a multi-disciplines digital team, steer integrated digital marketing activities for customer and supplier campaigns
- Create demand for services from Group Digital Advertising, Group Digital Product & Experience, Group SEO technical and Group Personalization teams in order to drive website traffic, conversion and AOV, revenue and customer satisfaction
- Undertake continuous analysis of customer insight, mass segment performance, competitive digital environment and use insight-led approach to shape digital commercial roadmap
- Responsible to implement content marketing/copy writing, homepage campaigns, emails, social media, link building, SEO content activities, test creative ideas and website functionality through MVT tools
To be a successful candidate, you need to have the following:
- Proven track record of success in senior digital roles leading a team
- Possess up-to-date knowledge of digital disciplines and best practices, including digital advertising, search engine marketing, content marketing, behavior/data driven marketing, PR & social media, MVT & conversion rate optimization techniques and user experience.
- Experience and understanding of B2B distribution models and industry is advantageous
- Sound time management, an eye for detail and works well independently
- Experience implementing digital platforms
