Sales Events Coordinator

6 Months Contract

Our client is developing ground-breaking cloud-based solutions for Education, leveraging years of experience in building secure, reliable, and scalable cloud technology. We are looking for a person who can help tofacilitate a series of Sales Events to promote their products to the Education market in Australia and build sales momentum.

The role will include working with the sales team to identify and confirm priority schools to host each roadshow events for the Education market.

As a Sales Events Coordinator, you have excellent administration and organisation skills and are a self-starter who takes pride in getting the job done.

Responsibilities

Venue and event project management, working with the sales team to confirm priority schools to host 10 x Education roadshows, setting up detailed schedule sheets using Google G Suite.

Expectation for the first 2 months is to create an event website, confirm 10 host event schools (5 NSW, 5 VIC) do pre/post surveys on Google forms, work with sales team to identify host schools, coordinate dates and assess relevant venues within the schools and work with marketing lead and events company on planning logistics, support at events.

The ideal candidate will:

Have 2-4 years of relevant work experience.

Be familiar with online tools and have strong coordination skills

Have strong experience in events or sales coordination
