  • Take a data driven approach to audience development, trigger implementation and digital experience for rewards
  • 12 month contract opportunity
  • This role can be located in either Sydney, Melbourne, or Brisbane

     

About the role

As the Customer Reward Marketing Manager, you will drive strategy and content development for programs of work aligned to defined brand objectives, programs and audience strategies.

More specifically you will:

  • Contribute to the development of the strategic approach of One Suncorp Reward & Recognition and lead the execution of the program.
  • Develop the customer journeys, segmentation and audience framework, and triggers for rewards.
  • Lead the development and implementation of cross channel campaigns to increase the number of active users.
  • Develop the roadmap of enhancements to reward functionality and the digital experience.
  • Manage the reward brand execution across all channels and develop the content strategy.
  • Develop insights on reward behaviour and manage engagement and financial reporting.
  • Support with the development of program construct and associated customer experience.
  • Support with project funding and work with the project team/working group/internal/external stakeholders.

Knowledge and Experience

  • Proven experience in a Direct/Digital Marketing environment
  • Background on digital strategy and data is desirable
  • Proven and demonstrable leadership, management and motivational skills
  • Expert relationship management and influencing skills; able to communicate well with diverse stakeholder groups (both internal and external)
  • Able to contribute to and understand strategic perspectives, and translate to tactical actions
  • Ability to interpret customer insights from data, analytics and research and create action orientation plans and outcomes
  • Project management capability
  • A tertiary qualification in Marketing or equivalent is desirable
