This leader in Australian Banking continues to go from strength to strength. With an instantly recognised brand they are known for putting the customer first and offering a robust portfolio of market leading products. Due to multiple new projects getting the go ahead they now have an opportunity for a driven and strategic Marketing Manager to lead the execution of campaigns for the Reward and Recognition team.

The Role

The purpose of the role is to take the lead in managing and implementing specific marketing projects and work closely with the Senior Project Manager. You will need to ensure the effective delivery of marketing strategies across the Rewards and recognition team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the marketing strategy
• Lead the design and deliver data driven customer centric one to one direct marketing communications across multiple channels
• Lead the direct marketing creative process
• Briefing and management of all key stakeholders
• Understand everything about the target segment/s, walk in the customers shoes and be a subject matter expert for related content
• Continually improve the ROI of marketing activity

Position requirements

• Strong time management skills
• Strong direct marketing experience across multiple channels
• Confident working with senior stakeholders
• Be able to deliver results
• Passion for delivering customer experience
• 5-8 years' experience in marketing with a projects focus
• Strong project and campaign management
• Exposure to running complex BTL campaigns
