One of Australia's leading digital organisations are growing. There digital function are currently looking to build the digital team with an account manager to grow key accounts. 

The Role

Reporting to the key accounts director, you will be responsible for performance and retention of digital services to key account clients nationally. 

Own and manage the full setup process for all digital campaigns that are assigned to you including:

• Reviewing sales orders and validating for implementation;
• Briefing range of internal fulfilment teams across digital products;
• Allocation and set-up of campaign products;
• Build strong relationships and ensure customer retention;
• Establish cadence for reporting and client contact for campaign;
• Closely monitor success metrics and conduct regular reviews with customers, helping them;
• Coordinate internal meetings for campaign monitoring and troubleshooting, presenting high-level summaries for discussion;
• Collaborate with fulfillment on optimizations, understand insights recommended and present effectively to clients. 
  

The Candidate 

• Knowledge of digital marketing 
• 4+ years experience working in agency 
• Stakeholder management
