About the Company

PVH Brands Australia is a joint venture between PVH Corp. and Gazal Corporation Limited. The joint venture is to establish a unified approach for developing and expanding its global and locally-owned/licensed apparel brands in the region, including Calvin Klein, Tommy Hilfiger, Van Heusen, Pierre Cardin, Nancy Ganz and Bracks.

 

About the Role

As part of the Digital Marketing and eCommerce teams, you will analyse both eCommerce and Digital activities including online performance, email campaigns, database, social and campaign performance across all brands including Calvin Klein, Tommy Hilfiger and Heritage Brands (Van Heusen, Nancy Ganz) to provide key recommendations based on data and consumer insights to drive and optimise sales, ROI and engagement. 

You're digitally savvy and have a consumer centric viewpoint in your approach with a natural expertise to problem solve and provide strategic and analytical insight.  You will have a commercial analytical background with the experience in providing actionable data insights across retail and eCommerce. You will thrive manipulating and analysing large, complex data sets, building and maintaining a range of dashboards and reports whilst providing analysis to drive online acquisition growth and create a single customer view. 

 

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Analysis of sales data, website performance, customer engagement and journey, AB testing, acquisition and retention
  • Provide actionable insights and effectively communicate results of tactical plans
  • Setting up data segments in salesforce marketing cloud (Exact Target) and building data models 
  • Analysis of email and social media results, including providing recommendations and insights to develop customer lifecycle EDMs for CRM and loyalty strategies
  • Create automated reports and dashboards inclusive of visual aids for websites, online campaigns, social media and attribution, customer values and VIP subscriber

 

Skills & Experience

  • Demonstrated experience with quantitative analysis, preferably within an eCommerce or retail environment
  • Tertiary qualifications in mathematics, statistics, marketing or like field
  • Proficient in implementing Google Analytics, events and goals, as well as Google Tag Manager, SQL and MS Excel
  • Previous experience reporting from Exact Target or Salesforce email marketing platforms
  • Ability to understand consumers via purchase behaviour and metrics
  • High level of analytical and problem solving skills with significant attention to detail 
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build effective working relationships across all departments
