About the company
Karlka Recruiting Group has partnered with a highly reputable Federal Government Agency to engage an EL2 Director of Digital Media. This position is located in their busy Brisbane office until June 2019
  
Duties

• Supervise the production, implementation and evaluation of digital media strategies and products
• Provide high-level  strategic advice on digital media communication
• Oversee social media monitoring and analytics, including timely reports, evaluation and escalation advice.
• Strategically apply new technologies to enhance social media management and public engagement.
• Monitor staff performance, provide strategic direction, change and team management

  
Requirements/Skills

• Highly experienced in Government Organisations
• Extensive experience in the design and coordination of communications strategies for digital media projects
• Proven capacity to develop practical and innovative communications plans, digital media content and product development
• Extensive experience in digital media monitoring and management
• Experience in leading a team and delivering successful outcomes
• Holds or ability to obtain Baseline Security Clearance
