About the Role
Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, you will be working in a fast paced and dynamic environment. You will work across end to end Customer Experience & Journeys, Social Strategies, CRM and Loyalty programs. You will build and nurture these programs ensuring they are 100% customer centric and be obsessed with best in class CRM performance.

Duties 
You will take full ownership of implementing their CRM strategy and roadmap, planning and building their multi-channel marketing automation campaigns. You will also support adhoc campaign requirements to acquire, retain, reactivate and engage our customers. In addition, you will be driving Customer Lifetime Value from all segments to meet business objectives, your knowledge of the customer and their triggers (both emotional and rational) will be critical as well as bringing a customer led mindset along with excellent technical knowledge of CRM. Your key areas of focus will be strategic, financial and operational.
  • Manage and nurture the execution of the CRM strategy for both acquisition and retention
  • Define CRM objectives and roadmap to deliver the CRM strategies in line with key marketing objectives
  • Analyse data and customer activity maximising commercial opportunities and highlight key areas for review, analysis and improvements
  • Prepare regular reports in order to assess performance against business goals with a test and learn methodology, constantly looking for better ways to engage, attract and retain customers

Skills and Experience
  • Tertiary qualifications in relevant discipline
  • Minimum 5 years experience in a similar commercially focused CRM role
  • Strong understanding of database marketing principles
  • Knowledge of CRM online/offline marketing concepts strategy and best practice
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ideally you will have worked with the following programs; Salesforce Cloud/ Exact Target or similar (Eloqua, Marketo, Adobe etc)
