About Us
We are a specialist digital marketing agency with over ten years’ experience working nationwide with businesses at a large and enterprise level. Our clients operate in a range of industries including higher education, government, property, hotels and entertainment, covering both B2B and B2C. Our work is focussed on digital demand generation and at the centre of this is marketing automation. For this to be effective, we automate communications journeys across multiple digital channels including email, our custom developed SMS solution, phone, web, social and display advertising. Underpinning all of this is good data management and analytics and ensuring appropriate web traffic. We manage our marketing automation via Oracle Marketing Automation platforms, primarily Eloqua, and utilise the Oracle Social Relationship Management platform for social integration. Increasingly we are orchestrating all of these elements together in integrated solutions and partnering with other innovative technology companies.
Role
We are seeking a person with a marketing communications flair who is comfortable with both technical and marketing aspects of digital communications, ideally with relevant marketing experience to support our various client initiatives across Australia. The role, whilst diverse, has a particular emphasis on planning and developing communication strategies for clients and managing overall client expectations and deliverables. This may involve facilitating client workshops, documenting findings and developing into internal briefs, working with our specialist staff to develop that into wireframe proposals and placeholder copy which you will write, right through to final designs and implementation. The role has an ongoing administrative and project management component as you coordinate with our technology supplier (Oracle) and manage client projects in detail so if your career focus is on creativity and design alone then this role is not for you. We require you to confidently manage your own accounts and service their full range of needs through your own efforts and those of our other internal and external resources. There is scope for this role to develop into a more senior account leadership role, managing others within the team for customer success across all of our accounts.
Requirements
- Outstanding written and spoken English and a solid ability to write good copy
- Ability to plan communications journeys and develop that into great content
- Able to describe your marketing achievements to date
- A self-starter; we need someone to work autonomously and manage client expectations with confidence
- You will be highly organised, paying attention to detail and able to manage complex projects using multiple resources
- Confident and capable to provide assistance to support multiple projects simultaneously
- Our clients are mostly interstate, therefore you may be required to travel for short trips
- Must have the right to full time employment in Australia (no temporary permit holders will be considered)
Desirable
- Experience working with marketing automation platforms eg Eloqua, Marketo or CRM software
- Degree qualified in a marketing or associated discipline
- Digital design skills: experience within web design or email design
- Creative skills: experience with the Adobe Creative Suite, primarily Photoshop
- Analytics and advertising: experience using Google Analytics, Adwords or social platforms for paid advertising
