Social Media & Influencer Manager
- Build and nurture relationships with social influencers across Australia, New Zealand & USA.
- Work across 3 globally recognised fashion brands to execute and manage our social media, influencer, ambassador and PR programs.
- Manage our online communities and drive engagement with various brands
We are looking for a confident, energetic and friendly individual who can manage our organic social media & influencer programs within digital channels.

The Role
We are looking for a Social Media & Influencer Manager to join our family and become part of our success story. You will be responsible for building and managing relationships with Influencers and media from around Australia, New Zealand and the USA. You will negotiate contracts and build engaging social campaigns that feature and highlight the USPs of our various products.
More specifically you will be doing:
- Influencer, ambassador, media and talent management
- Influencer campaign management
- Growing our influencer database
- Working with our creative team to come up with highly engaging social content that drives results
- Writing blog content and Press releases
- Negotiating contracts with media and influencers
- Managing Facebook, Instagram & YouTube content
- Help the team with organising photoshoots for campaigns
- Manage our social communities and engage with customers through our social channels
- Delivering post campaign reports
- Develop a PR strategy for the various brands
- Support maintaining our organic social channels
- Plan, organise and manage events
- Support the overall marketing team with growing the brands digital presence.
- Build and manager agency relationships
The successful candidate will possess:
- At least 2 years marketing experience in a social media, influencer management or PR role
- Strong understanding of women's fashion and the fashion retail industry
- A strong network of contacts with fashion influencers and media
- Experience managing social influencers and social media platforms
- Being up to date with social and fashion trends
- Strong technical & analytical abilities with knowledge of social media analytics and management tools
- Ambition to shape the future of marketing in fashion retail
- Ability to take charge and work unsupervised, individually and part of a team
- Excellent spelling and grammar
- Great verbal and written communication skills
