In the role you will:
- Assist with the facilitation of both inbound and outbound recruitment activities to engage existing and new domestic markets.
- Liaise with future students and advising on pathways into Higher Education, converting enquirers into applicants and through to enrolment.
- Overcoming barriers to study and escalating complex queries to the Student Recruitment Team.
- Providing outstanding customer service to build rapport.
- Support the Domestic Student Recruitment Team at events, including onsite and offsite events, in Tasmania and Interstate as required.
To be considered you will have:
- A qualification in sales, marketing, management or relevant field or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
- Demonstrated sales contact centre experience, and the ability to achieve both productivity and financial targets.
- Demonstrated initiative, problem solving and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated organisation and time-management skills, together with a demonstrated ability to work with competing demands, prioritise work tasks and be flexible in responding to changing work priorities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to confidently liaise with people of various skills, experience and background to achieve win-win outcomes.
Appointment to this role will be at HEO 2 and will have a total remuneration package of up to $60,860 comprising base salary within the range of $50,771 to $52,017 plus 17% superannuation.
