Marketing Coordinator – Bavarian Brands - Melbourne - Rockpool Dining Group
 
The Role;
 
Rockpool Dining Group is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to grow awareness of the Bavarian brand portfolio in Melbourne
 
With a passion for the hospitality industry and all things beer, you will champion the Munich Brauhaus and Bavarian brands within the local market, with a focus on driving more customers into the venues.
 
In this exciting role, you will report to the Marketing Director and work closely with Bavarian Brand Area Manager and Venue Managers to execute in-venue promotions, build relationships with local businesses and execute national marketing campaigns in the local market.
 
Key responsibilities:

• Local Area Marketing – building relationships with landlords, local sports teams, local corporates etc
• Ensuring brand presence and awareness in local market
• Activating event and promotions at a venue level
• Ensuring brand is well represented at a venue level
• Local market and competitor research
• Building relationships with local businesses
• Support with new venue launches
• Support the national brand team with developing programming and promotions
• Local social content
• Website maintenance

Required Skills & Attributes;

• Prior experience working within a marketing role (within hospitality background preferred);
• Proficient oral and written communication skills;
• Advanced Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills;
• Excellent understanding of social media channels;
• Ability to work well under pressure and remain flexible with long lead projects alongside reactive marketing strategies
