Are you an established Marketing Manager, looking to step up to a senior Marketing Management level responsibility? Do you thrive in an autonomous environment where you have true ability to strategically impact your portfolio? Are you a hands on leader, who leads with a strong commercial mindset?
Where will you grow in this role?
- True ownership and autonomy over the strategic direction of your portfolio of consumer products. This role will stretch someone coming from a larger financial services organisation who is looking for more ability to impact the direction of the portfolio
- Leading with a strong commercial mindset, you will flex your growth mindset, leading every conversation with the commercial impact for the business
- With aggressive targets around acquisition and retention for the consumer portfolio, you will have shared ownership over the delivery to these numbers. This will require a strong growth mindset, with the ability to convert strategic thinking into execution to deliver
- Further development of customer centric thinking within the organisation, with ownership of mapping the customer journey throughout the business
What will determine success in this organisation and role?
- 5-7 years experience in Marketing, ideally with someone already established at the Marketing Management level
- A background in financial services or consumer services such as telco or utilities
- Proven strategic thinking, with a focus on acquisition/growth
- Strong stakeholder influence and engagement skill sets, a highly professional approach and the ability to work within a highly complex environment
